Our work

Humanising missing loved ones, alleviating the impact on their families and transforming the way society responds

Our work creates awareness for missing persons and supports those left behind. We launch initiatives that challenge stereotypes and remove stigma, engage the media through strategic communications, empower families with sensitive and sensible opportunities, connect them to specialised supports, and educate the public on associated issues, like ambiguous loss.

We establish partnerships with stakeholders in industries that lessen the profound burden on those left behind.

Though unfunded, we are referred to by senior police, national mental health organisations, government-funded social workers and health providers.

We are sought out by academics, consultants, journalists and authors to provide guidance and commentary, and sensitivity-check documentation to better inform the public and authorities around the language, care and needs of people affected by the cause. [e.g. AFP’s Counselling Framework, Jacqueline Moriarty’s Gravity is the Thing, Erin Stewart’s The Missing Among Us and Glenna Thomas’ Gone]
