After the enormous success of last year’s event, we’re inviting Melbourne’s Muay Thai community to come together again to help us smash out 150 sparring rounds to support families of missing loved ones.
All gyms, all levels — everyone’s welcome.
This event is a fundraiser for The Missed Foundation. This is a cause close to Foundation Thai Boxing coach MK’s heart, as the charity is the legacy of her brother-in-law (a beloved martial artist himself).

There will only be a few rounds on the go, so we’ll need more than 4 hours to get to reach our target of 150.
We invite everyone to donate as you’re able to – it all adds up. We suggest a $20 donation, but whether it’s $5 or $50, you’re making a difference.
Super straightforward – just rock up, we’ll get you to sign a waiver, we’ll collect your donation (if you haven’t already secured your spot) then off to the rounds!
No, it’s a collective effort.
No, it’s super flex! Come at whatever time suits and do however many rounds you want (and rest as you need).
Yes, everyone is welcome! Just ensure you have a friendly attitude and a technical sparring-level of Muay Thai.

The Missed Foundation is the only charity in Australia that provides specialised support for families of long-term missing people.
These families live with a type of grief called ambiguous loss. It’s considered the most traumatic type of loss and the most unmanageable form of stress, because it’s uncertain and continuous, so there’s no way to move forward. It’s the kind of pain that sits in your chest and swirls in your head every day.
Missed stands beside these families, helping them carry that weight so they’re not fighting through it alone.
